My deepest condolences to the Higgins family. She certainly was a wonderful person. Heaven received another angel

I have always been in awe of the Higgins family, since living nearby in Plainfield in the 1950's. My mom and dad, Myrl and Al, were good friends with Agnes and Chalrie for many years. Agnes and Myrl were in a bridge club together and were in touch until Myrl passed away in 2011.
Our mom really thought a lot of Agnes, but I hadn't realized what a spectacular life she led until reading her obituary. What fine memories all of you Higgins kids must have. May they always be with you.

What a great woman ,what a great family , what a great home and what a great life . I still can picture Mrs. Higgins on the porch of her great house with her trusty companion and family dog " MAX " RIP to a wonderful lady . from Spike Walters

I loved Agnes with all my heart! What a beautiful life well lived! My love to her awesome family! Always” Marianne Cunninghame~Friend/hairdresser❤

What an extraordinary woman, what an extraordinary life. Sincerest condolences to the family, from a friend of Jimmy and Ginny.

Our condolences to the Charles and Jim and your entire family.
The Higgins home was a great place to visit from highschool when their business was slow.

What a wonderful life! I think anyone who grew up in Saint Mary’s went to school with one of the Higgins. Mr. and Mrs. Higgins were known to be very kind and generous people. Charles Higgins was good friends with my father. In fact he arranged to have my mother and me picked up in New York City when we arrived on the SS America coming from Ireland. May God Bless her soul.
