VH1 reality star Ahmad "Real" Givens has died at age 33 after battling colon cancer. Real appeared with his brother, Kamal "Chance" Givens, on VH1's dating show "I Love New York" before starring in their own dating show, "Real Chance of Love." Real was known for his positive attitude, even in the face of his cancer diagnosis and treatment.
