Hello Abdirahman Family: How painful a sudden loss is of a dear one, so tender in years. A terrible enemy the Bible likens death, and assure us - as the last enemy, death will be brought to nothing. What a grand day it will be when Ahmed returns walking toward you with open arms. We are promised that all who have fallen asleep in death will hear the commanding call of Christ Jesus voice and come forth. Keep your heads up, this day is quickly approaching us. My deepest regards Kimberly.

Brooklyn was in Ahmed kindergarten class and was fortunate enough to sit next to him through out the year. She would come home and let us know that she was sitting by Ahmed again. She loved being around him and talked about him all the time. She would tell us how he made her laugh that day in school. Our whole family was saddened to hear of his passing. Brooki will tell me almost everyday "I missed Ahmed today". He is a friend that will stay in her heart forever.

Our family...

Ahmed was a wonderful child with a smile that radiated pure joy. He was the first new classmate of our son that my husband and I met. He sat by us in the lunchroom and told us about his day. The second time I saw him he came up to me and gave me a hug. He was such a sweet boy. I will never forget his excitement over eating spaghetti for the first time during the Kindergarten field trip or the way he lay on the couch in the lobby and stretched, saying "ahh, this is so comfortable" with a...

Ahmed and Dayton were in Ms. Jones Kindergarten class together....Dayton always talked about how she was the next to smallest and Ahmed was the biggest...she thought that was cool...she says "he was always really nice to me"....he is missed..
Our thoughts and prayers are with you always....

Ahmed was in my daughter's class. She remembers most when he was calendar helper. Also that he loved playing basketball. Ann speaks of him often. My 4th grader Luke, ran with him in running club. We hold him in our hearts forever.

Ahmed was in my daughter's kindergarten class at CTA Liberty. He was the first person Hayley sat by at school. I heard all the things that she and Ahmed did every day for at least the first 3 weeks of school. He was also in her reading group, so I heard about what a wonderful reader Ahmed was. She also talked about sitting by him in music and always leaning on his shoulder and "how soft he was".

I also volunteered in their class often and will miss his smile that could light...

Ahmed and my son were in the same class together. Every day Brody sheds a tear for his dear friend. He misses playing soccer, kickball and tag with Ahmed. The boys in this class are very close and they truely miss their dear friend.

I have volunteered in their class and always loved to see Ahmed and his warm smile. He is such a great kid and will never be forgotten. I keep remindnig Brody that although he can not physically see Ahmed, he is still there as his guardian angel...
