Howard, we have been missing you and Aimee at the monthly support meetings. You were both always in our thoughts and prayers. Mary gave us the news on Saturday about Aimee and my heart is broken. I have had the pleasure of being Aimee's hairstylist for the past 10 years. There are no words I can convey to bring comfort to those of you who are mourning her passing. But what I can do is share with you the years of joy she brought to my day while sitting in my chair. It was always a joy to spend time with Aimee...we would talk about everything...our children, our guinea pigs, our childhoods, our mutual love for animals...we have never were at a loss for words. She was a ray of sunshine...

Aimee was our favorite neighbor, bar none, and we will miss her laughter and fun times during the holidays. We learned a lot from her, and her greatest legacy is her children, Robbie and Sam!

I'm so sad to hear this tragic news. Aimee and I carpooled when Sam and my son Michael were little guys in preschool. Aimee was so easygoing and sweet. I don't know why it always seems the good die young. I'm thinking of you all.
