Not sure what to say?

Dr. Wiest and I had the opportunity to work together as English teachers in Anne Arundel County. She was a kind, warm, gracious, caring, knowledgeable person who lived a full, enriching life. Dr. Larry B. Johnson

Aimee was a wonderful person. We met each other over 50 years ago when I joined the English Department at Severna Park. She was the ultimate teacher - warm and loving and brilliant. I thought she would always be here and hoped to visit her on the Eastern Shore. Aimee - your loss is immeasurable. Your beautiful soul will light up Heaven.

I had the privilege of knowing Aimee since the 1970's. She was an exceptional human being: wise, kind, with an embracing heart for every one she encountered. And a passionate warrior for racial justice. My condolences to Charlotte and Rachael.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I was priveleged to call Aimee a friend, even back when I was in high school in the late 60's and early 70's and she was a teacher. While I never had Aimee as a teacher, it was very clear that it was her calling in life. Years later she would attend our High School Reunions..frequently the ONLY teacher to do so. I last saw Aimee in 2011 when she attended our 40th Reunion (Class of 1971). She was planning to attend our 50th in 9/2021 but her health made it impossible. We will keep her family...

Fond memory of a kind lady. My sympathy to her loved ones

I learned so much from her as a teacher. After reading her obituary, I realize how much I would have loved to discuss with her since I share many of her interests. She was a light in this world.

'From the depths of my heart, I pray to you, to be inseperable from your compassion, I ask for your blessings upon my mindstream.'

I shared the piano playing job at Nordstrom with Aimee. We enjoyed many chats always about music! My condolences to family. G
