You fought a long hard fight but I believe that you won! You are where you are needed the most. God called you home because he needed another Angel. Even though our hearts are breaking and you will truely missed, we will rejoice in the time that we had with you and we will feel great knowing you are in heaven on our side. Your mom will always make sure that Zoie knows what a great mom she had and will always let her know that you have your wings to fly and will be watching over her eveyday....
