Not sure what to say?

I too was one of her students, She was one of my major influences in my educational and personal life. I was a freshman in her class. I can definitely say that I learned more about the English language arts in one semester in her class than I did in my prior 12 years of schooling. She was a gifted educator and an even more gifted human being. I remembered years later listening to a radio announcement about the performance of one her works. I was so fortunate that Aishah decided to spend the last chapter of her life here in San Miguel. So many great conversations. We often talked about "Scandal." Her favorite character was Millie.

Peace and Blessings Yoruba (little Gooba) and family of Aishah: 2024- Still saying her name and loving her more

I am happy to see your picture is here. It brings me comfort and it brings back memories. I can recall your voice, soft but piercing, your wordsmith skills- unmatched, your little girl nicknamed "gooba", your found love for Neville from our drama workshop. My mentor and friend, I thank you and I love you to no end.

I am so grateful I had the blessed opportunity to grow up with you in 640. What an incredible inspiration you have been to me. I love you always mama Aisha - your other Aries daughter.

During that time, I was also a member of a theater group called The JuJu Players, directed by Neville Richen. I invited Ms Rahman to attend one of our off, off broadway plays. She did and ended up...

I will never forget her steadfast generosity. Rest now, Queen.
