Read MoreJust now looking back on some old memories and found this. I owe my vision today to Dr. Schut. I am 81 yrs old now, but in 1961 I was in an auto accident that caused the broken windshield to slice my right eye. Others wanted to remove the eye, but Dr Schut stepped in and saved it by performing a new out of the socket proceedure. I still my vision today, and will be forever grateful to Dr Schut! I have lost touch with Al and Ev and the family, and am very sorry for their loss. One of the most generous men I have ever met, he, Ev and daughter Suzy helped me through the hardest time of my life. I thank them all every day of my life. Sincerest Sympathies-

I am very sorry for the loss of such a wonderful father and for me an employer. I was Dr. Schut's primary scrub nurse in 1973. He taught me how to be a vey good assistant in the office and the OR. I will always remember his professionalism and teaching.
