We are so very sorry to hear this news..Dr Waner was an integral part of Big Bear and so loved by all who knew him. We were married by him in a small ceremony in Ray and Martha Burtons home..that was 41 years ago this year..he had both of us come for counciling at his home before he agreed to marry us..we took a 50 question test in separate rooms and returned a week later to discuss the material. He told us he felt we were very well matched and agreed to do the part..I will always remember...

An incredible life. Dr. Wagner gave me powerful advice as a young man going into the education field. He was a legend. Best wishes to him and his family.
