Read MoreAlain and I acted in several plays together with Le Studio Dramatique under the direction of Marcel Lidji. They were in French and we shared many laughs and rich moments. Though we had been in little contact in recent years, Alain was a welcome and bright star in my world. It is a shock for to find that he is now shining in the larger universe. RIP Alain.

I worked with Alain when he was a young attorney just starting out many years ago and we have remained friends all these years. I will miss his gravely voice and boyishness. He loved his native France but loved as well his adopted home where he became a citizen. You will be missed, cher Alain.
