Alan W. Barnett

May Alan Barnett rest in power. He and his wife were amazing contributions to the movements of social justice and human rights. During the 1960's he worked with both the Congress of Racial Equality (C.O.R.E.) and the Black Panther Party. When prominent speakers were available he hosted them at his home in Mill Valley and worked with residents of the Marin City community. Alan was always bold, honest, and had a powerful vision of human rights for all. Thank you
