BLIZARD, Alan D. 82, of Tampa, passed away on May 31, 2012. Alan was born in Whitinsville, MA to Alan and Irma Blizard on Sept. 23, 1929. He retired from the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Chief Navy Corpsman. Alan also retired from Dupont Pharmaceutical where he was a senior representative....
