Uncle Al and Godfather always on my heart. You showed me the meaning of life with the ups and downs. Faith, family, giving. Thank you for being just who you were, irreplaceable. Thank you for loving ALL of us

Prayers for the family!

Sending condolences to the Blohm family during this difficult time.

What a wonderful man. I've only known Al for a brief time, and what pleasure he was to be around, whether it was over the phone or face to face. It didn't take long to see his enthusiastic and positive outlook on life. Always full of energy. He was also very compassionate to my father, Richard Verduyn, who was in need of an extra hand. Al is a rare and special blessing to any of those that were lucky enough to have been in his presence, long term or short. Al, you will be missed by many.

I've only known Al for the past fews years, through my dad who was his neighbor and friend. I live in California and when he would call me he would always say, how is sunny California! He would always come down to check on my dad and feed his cats, since my dad had hip surgery and it wasn't easy to get around. He was a sweet man who would go out of his way to help someone. I'm so glad I got to know him, even if it was for just a few years. I know my dad will miss him tremendously.

What a great neighbor he was! Sorry for your loss!

Al will always be remembered as a great person who would go out of his way to do anything for people. He always had a smile and inspired us to enjoy each day. Thank you Al for being a friend.
