Alan was a member of the men's prayer group at Memorial Pres. Church. His role was to bring jokes and laughs, which he did with glee. Alan brought laughs to our men's Tuesday morning prayer breakfast at Memorial Presbyterian church in Montgomery, AL. He had a folder of jokes that I supplied, and he enthusiastically read them with a strong voice. We miss him; I read the jokes now, though with less vigor.
