Not sure what to say?

Zee, I cannot find the words to express our sorrow for your loss. Alan was one of the genuine good guys. Our thoughts and our prayers are with you and your family. Larry & Ruthie Hatfield.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Button family. He was a very good man. I enjoyed catching up with him at Mark's wedding. I remember him coaching out at DCABA and giving me rides home after football practice at South Jr High. May you find strength during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathies for your loss, May the God of all comfort bring your family peace at this time of deep sorrow.

Zee, Kim, Mark and family - my love and prayers to each of you. So sorry for your loss. What a blessing to have such a dear sweet strong man in your family. He will be missed, but you do have wonderful sweet memories to treasure.
May the Lord give you strength and comfort at this time. With Love, Bambi

Coach Button picked me out of a DCABA free agent draft in 1983, as I was cut by my neighborhood team. I remember a very fair man. He was taught us, was tough when he needed to be, and we loved playing for him. I've been out of touch with he and the family for 34 years, but I'll never forget that season, our team or that miracle win against the Cardinals. Thank you for the opportunity and the experience. God Bless you Coach and your family.

It was a pleasure knowing and working with Alan at KPS. He would always have a smile and a kind hello for those of us in the office. I'm sorry for your loss.

Zee, we are thinking about you at this difficult time. We are glad you had so many beautiful years together, but know you are never ready to let go. It sounds like he lived life to the fullest and leaves behind a beautiful legacy of loving family and friends.

Neal and I are very sorry for your loss. Neal knew Alan and went to school with him and remembers him very fondly. Alan always had a bright smile and a welcoming comment. Our neighborhood won't be the same without him. Hugs for you, Zee.

So sorry for your loss, praying for you and your family. God bless you, Joyce Aldrich
