Dear Bonnie and family, I was stunned to read of Alan's death. It hasn't been that long ago that we talked. He was a class act; smart with a sense of humor, an open mind and a knack for leadership. Those traits, as well as vision, combined to make him a such a successful and beloved mayor in Woodstock. He will be missed.
