I remember Uncle Alan as a very kind, soft spoken man. He had those handsome looks, personality and great humor.

To my Cowden family, I'm so sorry for the loss of such a wonderful man. I will always remember Uncle Al's laugh, especially when he and his brother Leslie, my dad getting together and trying to out do each other with their joke telling. Big Al as John called him will so greatly be missed. The sky has a bright and shining new star.
