I am really going to miss you Al. You would not believe how much. UNR football games, Aces and UNR baseball. I will even miss golfing with you. You were the only one I could beat. Just learned of Alan's passing away. He was such a thoughtful caring person. Always had a way of making you feel like a special person. Loved his family and friends. After the hard decision to retire he was sure enjoying life as he always did. He will certainly be missed.

I just heard about Al's passing. He was a great man. I worked for Lucky Concrete and when I was out covering concrete he would come check to see how I was doing. I am so sorry for the families loss. RIP Al.

I grew up with Alan, he was a year younger and his sister was in my class. Always liked him and we got along just fine. He was a great guy and first class individual. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace Alan.
