Remembering Dick Gerstein today, you are missed by your family and friends!

I remember Dr. Gerstein. He was my mother´s doctor. He and his lovely wife, Betty, became friends of my mother, Abby Austern.

My father Wilfred Bonin from Holyoke was a patient of Dr Gerstein around 1969, He was given an artificial kidney and was treated through his arm. so sorry to hear of his passing. Janine Bonin,

Dear Bette, We have just learned of Dick's passing. We have wonderful memories of the times our families were together in Springfield as well as Dick's and your hospitality so many years ago. We send our condolences to all the Gersteins. We know that his memory will be a blessing for many years.

Dr. Gerstein was a man of the people. I worked with him years ago and never have met a more hard working and dedicated individual! His dedication was inspirational! My condolences to his family!!

My cousin Dick was a wonderful human being. He was kind, caring and very loving to all of his family and friends. He had strong principles and was devoted to Judaism and Israel. Besides being a brilliant man, Dick was also incredibly funny. He could make me laugh out loud with his stories about family members and which ones were true Dunns and those who said they were Dunns but really had another name.
