Alan Carey Gillespie

The first time I met Alan and his family was when I worked for Pizza Hut as a server in the mid 90s. The Gillespie family were my regulars and then eventually more than that (family/friends). Alan had a wonderful sense of humor, was kind, and always looked out for everyone´s best interests. I am blessed to have known him and blessed to have been part of the legacy he leaves behind in his amazing, beautiful family. What a loss to the world but a gain in Heaven. Alan holds a special place in my heart. I enjoyed the time I got to spend with him. He was a very caring man with a wonderful sense of humor, even when I was beating him in backgammon! Alan you will truly be missed!!

Hi Brotha. It´s your Sista! I used to love saying that to you, Alan cause it made you laugh. It was a moment of endearment between us. I´m so glad that I got to come out and spend time with you and the family. It meant a lot to me. You fought a long and hard battle..you were amazing through your journey because you wanted to live and so you did. longer than most would have they have been going through what you have. I love you, Alan. I miss you.
