Alan was the nicest and most professional colleague I had the honor to refer patients to. I sm so sorry for your loss. Will miss talking to him.

Dear Linda. Having a special love affair like you and Alan was a great privilege. He will be missed by all who knew him.

My deepest condolences to Alan´s family. I went to school with Alan from 5th grade until we graduated high school. I had the pleasure of knowing his immediate family as well because my younger brother was friends with Scott, Alan´s brother. Alan was such a kind and caring person. May his memory be for a blessing.

I didn´t know Alan Harris, nor do I typically read obituaries, but as I paged through my Chicago Sun-Times, his caught my eye. After reading it, I sure wish I had known him. Sounds like he uplifted the lives of everyone whom he associated with (and also sounds like he associated himself with some really wonderful people). Condolences.

I'm deeply sorry for your loss and Alan´s memory should always be a blessing. When I joined HCC, I never expected to meet such a great person. I valued our time together at Tuesday events, golf, and more. I've thought of Alan often this past year and will greatly miss him.

I am so sorry about Alan´s passing. He was a great guy and a real mensch. Even though we haven´t been connected professionally for 35 years, I´ll always feel connected. May his memory be a blessing to you.
