Not sure what to say?

Deb, Anne-Marie and I will always remember the good times we had hanging out with you both in Somerdale. Al was a peaceful, good natured friend. He had a way about him, that made it very likeable to be in his company, from his stories of fishing and camping in the woods, to playing Guitar and listening to music, or to us getting serious and talking about his beloved FLYER'S EAGLES, AND OF COURSE THE PHILLIES!! We will miss him!! Take Care & God Bless.

One day, many years ago we took a walk with Uncle Al and a strange bird flew above our heads. We said Al, what it is it? With absolute seriousness he said,"It's an elusive,a-winged awanamous." Perhaps, that comment attests to the spirit of Uncle Al.
You will be missed.
Love, Sarah,Kelly,Mike and Chris.

No words can express how truly sorry we are for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Alan had a sweet spirit and warm soul. You don't come across too many people like him. I feel blessed to have been a friend of Alan's. I'll miss him. Much love to his family.

Al and I shared many a good time, especially back in the early'70's. His humor and candor will surely be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the Hartigan Family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. (Uncle Butch's children - Ron & Beth)

I can't believe it. I am so sorry for Al's death and your family to have to endure his loss. Your whole family is like family to us (Buchs/Sewards). My thoughts are with you.

Alan had a kind heart, a supportive nature and a pure and adventurous spirit. When we camped and canoed the Delaware Water Gap he at his best. He was loved and will be remembered.
