Alan R. Hatch, 65, of Stafford Springs, CT, and formerly of Bayville, NJ, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2013. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Roger A. and Lucy (Campbell) Hatch. Alan was a graduate of Rockville High School and William Penn College in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era, and worked in the Bayville, NJ area as an iron worker for many years. He was a member of the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers Local 399 of Camden, NJ, and Wolcott Lodge No. 60 A.F. & A.M. in Stafford Springs, CT. Alan is survived by his two children, Rollie Hatch and his wife Rachel of New York City, NY and Angeline Hatch of Bayville, NJ; brother, Brian Hatch and his wife Nancy of Vernon, CT; sister, Ruthanne Talamini and her husband Michael of Stafford Springs, CT; nephews, James and Eric Talamini; his former wife, Josephine "Peppy" Hatch; and several cousins. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 9-11 A.M. with a Masonic Service to take place at 10:30 A.M. and funeral service to take place at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
