Wichita, Kansas - Alan Wayne Highland, 70, retired WSU Maintenance Supervisor, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. He was born October 30, 1954 in Wichita, Kansas, the son of Glen Ivan and Wanda Mae (Clark) Highland.
Visitation: 5pm-7pm, Friday, September 5th. Funeral Service: 10am, Saturday, September 6th, both at Resthaven Mortuary, Wichita.

Met Alan when I joined GWTA and rode motorcycles together. He and Sherry were a blast to be around and we started doing things together, more than just motorcycles. He was such a joy to be around and you never knew what he was going to come up with next. Rest in peace buddy.
