Not sure what to say?

We all loved Alan very much, even though we had little time together because of distance. One year, he had a graduation trip and stayed with us, he was so quiet, but I bugged him all the time and we did have some good conversations. We enjoyed having him here with us,he was so sweet. Then we took him up north to spend time with his Grandma and Grandpa and they loved it and loved him so. He grew up into a very handsome man so strong and so tall,so smart. We are all proud of your achievements and...

Dear Cindy, Vicki, Joe, and Mr. and Mrs. Holmberg,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Alan was a special student of mine and I am saddened to learn of his passing.
May his Soul rest in peace now.

I also had the pleasure of working along side alan as a letter carrier he was always upbeat and loved the overtime.
we constantly were splitting a vacant route for the overtime.
Rest in peace my friend!

Dear Cindy and Family,

Alan and I had some great times...Even when I almost drowned him In a storm on Lake St. clair. Memories I will never forget.Spent nights in the basement when he visited from Arkansas dinking a few beers. Great time

My thoughts and prayers are with Alan's family since learning of his challenge and recent passing. Alan was always so truly nice and friendly.

So sad to hear of Alans death. He always was a sweet guy and will certainly be missed by his family and friends. He always was a nice person in high school. You are in my prayers
