Alan Paul Honeyman

I am so sorry to hear about Al. He was one of a kind and I will remember him as long as I live. I first met Al 4 years ago on the day after thanksgiving when I was hunting with my boys out by Regent. I called him one day to see if I could hunt on his land and he turned me down. About one hour later he called me back and my son answered the phone. He talked to my son for about 15 minutes and then gave us permission. I guess he felt sorry for us. We hunted the property by the metal...

Alan was a true gentleman. I thoroughly enjoyed his hospitality while hunting on his farm. Alan's interest in pheasants and managing acres for habitat was genuine. I have many happy memories of our "Honeyman Hunts" and wish that I could have spent more time near Regent. Long live his legacy and may he rest in peace. All the best to Alan's family.
