Alan Armstrong Huggins

My condolences to Sir Alan A Huggins' family on your great loss. He was one of the notable righteous justices in our time and we too mourn his passing. I first met the honorable mr. justice in the late 1960's when he was a visiting high court judge in Brunei and I was a young Boys' Brigade lieutenant there. We kept in touch through mail over the years and I was very privileged to lunch with him in the HK high court chambers in 1986 during my year's assignment there.
