Dr. Al was my Dissertation Chair at Grand Canyon University. With very few exceptions, we talked every other Sunday for the past three years. He was kind, objective, and truly cared about his students. Dr. Al was my Committee Chair for my dissertation at Grand Canyon University. We last spoke on the 12th of September. He was always encouraging and listened as I talked of losing both my parents so close together in December 2017 and July 2018.
