I worked with Ray at Jefferson Co. Sheriff´s Office for many years. His personality was infectious. I could not be around Ray without smiling or laughing. I will miss him but those memories will remain.

Ray was certainly a character! He never spoke down to us younger deputies which made us love him more. I definitely will miss his smile and sense of humor. Keeping his family in our prayers.
