Not sure what to say?

Very sad to hear of the passing of Al. He was such a proud family man and will be missed in our community. Heartfelt sympathy and prayers for you and Matthew.

Love, Nick and Nancy Piegaro

So sorry to hear about this. We have fond memories of cheering on the boys at Pop Warner games. Al was the guy we all knew we could go to whenever something needed to be done around the field or the league. He was a fixture there and always dependable. We will miss him.

The Duncan Family

Alan's former classmates at New Providence High School were saddened to hear the news that Alan made his transition. We send our deepest condolences, accompanied by heartfelt prayers of healing to close family and friends. We fondly remember Alan as a gifted athlete, and a kind and generous friend with an amazing voice. Please take comfort in knowing that his memory lives on in our hearts and that he is mourned and missed, and remembered fondly.

So sorry for your loss, heaven has gained an outstanding angel. Thinking of you and your son.

We are so terribly sorry for your loss. Al was a wonderful person and an outstanding coach. He has made a powerful and lasting impact on our son. He had so much pride in Matt and you felt the love he had for both of you. He will be missed.

We are so incredibly sorry for your loss. We will always remember Al cheering on Matt and all the boys as we watched from the bleachers. He was an incredible father and coach and will be remembered with those blue eyes sparkling as he supported not only Matt but all of our kids. Our thoughts and prayers are with both of you.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.
