Alan Ray Leavitt

I just heard of Alan's passing. There are a lot of great memories of this man and most of them funny! Like the time he had on a ZORRO mask and came into the kitchen smiling when he got home from his program and declared.."I'm Zero!!" Or one hot summer night when he stood up at the Mac-Haydn Theatre during "The King and I" when one of the kids in the play said they were excited about seeing snowflakes and Alan yelled "Snow??? I know Alan from a long time ago, when I was first entering the work force. I will never forget his quirky sense of humor. One time he got into a jag saying, "Love it or lev it" (leave it)He was a fun man to work with, and as someone said earlier, he made me happy to go to work. ~~Anne F.~~

Alan immediately became a friend when I "worked" with him many years ago. He was a unique individual with a disarming sense of humor and a charm you never forget. I, to this day, use a phrase I learned from Alan and will never forget..."I don't mind that". Pretty good point of view.
