Mandy, and the entire Levine family, my condolences to you all for your loss. So sorry to hear the news. I went to middle school with Mandy and I remember how kind he was the several times I visited their house.

Dad and Lila: 1 week before his death

I want to thank everyone for their kind words and wonderful messages about my father. Dad remained so strong and such a warrior throughout his life. My life will forever be changed. I miss him already.

I met Dr. Levine and his family about twenty years ago and I will always remember the
