I wish I could be there with you tomorrow to share my support and to show my deep respect for a good man.
This morning I was thinking of him as I was cooking a big breakfast for my boys. My eldest son, a competitive swimmer and avid baker never met Alan but his life has undeniably been influenced by him.
Mr Lister made an indelible impression that will live on for generations in his family and in the many many people he gave his time, guidance and example to.
