Not sure what to say?

Dear Susan,

Alan touched the lives of those of us who had the privledge of knowing him. He was a caring and gentle friend and colleague. Whenever Alan visited us in the Virginia Beach office, he brighened the corridors with his smile and good humor. We always knew Alan cared. Alan's spirit and warmth will live on in us. I was blessed to have known Alan.

My prayers are with you and your family. May God hold you close and surround you with His comfort.

With my deepest...

Like so many others, I will cherish my memories of Alan forever. Meeting Alan, working for him for three years and remaining friends since, has meant so much to me.

Alan treated all of us in the office like family. His office door was always open, he always made time to listen and offer words of wisdom. There was real power in Alan’s words of encouragement. If you had Alan’s support in a difficult situation, it didn’t matter how many people were against you or doubted your...

I will always remember Alan, he was my partner in Real Estate when i first entered the business. We shared the same club together, both been through cancer and he was so supportive always. He was my mentor and he taught me so much, Alan will always be in my thoughts and prayers and i will remember his laugh and his thoughtful inspirations. love always, Shary Thur

My sincere sympathy goes to Mr. Luger's family. Marc and Adam were students at Glenallen Elem. while I was there as media specialist. I remember Mr. Luger and his family as a very active and valued part of the Glenallen community.
May his care and love be your comfort as you cope with losing him.

Susan, Marc & Adam,
I have written this over and over again, truly trying to capture how much Alan has meant to me and how much he has impacted my life. I see from the other postings, that he has inspired and impacted people all around him. From the first day I met Alan, I knew that he was special. Starting out in real estate, he was always so kind to me and eager and willing to help with whatever I needed. He often told me how much he loved what he was doing and how much he loved his...

Dear Susan:
Anna and I send our deepest sympathies to you and to your family. Alan was an absolute gentleman who always put his family and his values first. It was a real pleasure for me to have known him and to have worked with him.
He was full of courage and vitality. He will be missed by us all. Take care of yourself and rejoice in the wonderful memories he has left us all.

To Alan's Family:

They say there are people (angels) who come into your life for only a short time that offer such guidance and wisdom that can only change your life for the better. Alan was one of those angels. He gave me a chance and had such confidence and faith in my abilities as I started my career as a property manager with Divaris Real Estate. I will never forget Alan's role in my life and I offer my sincerest condolensces to his family through this difficult time.

It has been great to know Alan in the 5 years I have been working at DRE. He has certainly left an impression throughout the company and the real estate community. He will be missed. My sympathies go out to his family and friends.

Susan and Family,

I am so grateful that Alan gave me the opportunity to work with such wonderful people. I did not get to know him very closely, but he believed in me, and always gave me such encouragement. He always had a few moments to spend with me when I had questions. He loved to tease and joke with us in the office, and I will never forget the spark in his eyes while he was laughing.

You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
