Not sure what to say?

To Mr. Pelkey and Anne, I was also in grade school with Alan at C.K. I also remember being at UWM with him. He was a kind and funny person with a great sense of humor. I am so sorry for your loss.

Mr. Pelkey,

I just heard about Alan and wanted to express my sincere sympathy to you and Anne. I was at your house often during the Chirst King years and Cub Scouts, and there are many great memories of Alan--he always had a big, wide grin on his face. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Tom and Annie ~ My thoughts and prayers are with you both as you go through this road together. Al and I went to Pius XI high school together. We recently reconnected and have been Mafia War buddies on facebook. At Pius he always had a smile and could make anyones bad day go away with his smile. He always had good things to say , always happy. He is going to be greatly missed. But I know he will be smiling down on everyones heart he has touched until we meet again on the other side. God Speed...

I would like to offer my condolences regarding the passing of Al.

I met Al as a classmate at UWM twenty years ago. Al's spirit was warm and his presence was strong. He was difficult to overlook; the memory of Al's signiture grin still makes me chuckle. Al had a fantastic sense of humor; he was witty and bold, yet gentle and kind.

While the world may miss our kindred brother, we will surely never forget the bright light he cast over us with his dynamic character....

Dear Tom,
Ken and I are so saddened to hear that Alan has passed. You and your family are in our prayers.

Tom, Jan and I heard today of Alan' s passing. He was such a kind soul and we both spoke highly of him after Barb's funeral. We are deeply saddened and you are in our prayers. As a student- teacher at MPS, I am required to be in school for parent - teacher conferences and know of no way to excuse myself. If there is anything we can do, please tell us. If and when you are able to spend timewith us, please call so we can sit down with you. Our cell phone is 414-803-1842. May God give you...

Mr. Pelkey, I am shocked and deeply saddened by your loss. Alan and I were classmates at Christ King and I have many good memories of him from Cub Scouts, school and sports. He was a remarkable kid who always showed genuine warmth towards others. My sincere thoughts and sympathy go out to you during this unimaginable time.

Tom, we hope that our prayers together with those of your many friends will help ease you through these trying times. Unfortunately, due to Dick's health, we will not be able to attend the memorial gathering. Be assurred that our spirits will be there with you.
Phyllis and Dick Pelkey

Dear Tom and Annie you have my sympathies for your great loss. I do have fond memories of Barb at our summer gatherings. Unfortunately I never really knew Al but I am sure with parents such as Tom and Barb he would have been a wonderful person.
