A Legend That will always live on as long as there is life. His passion for a healthy life was unmatched and could not be challenged. As life continues where ever his soul may be, we are convince it is a healthy one.

I remember Dr. Pressman's favorite was to talk about Alpha -lipoic acid, a universal antioxidant that reins in free radicals that can cause oxidative stress in the body. How it supports the regeneration of other antioxidants such as gluthatione, vitamin C, and vitamin E. He always had an informative show.

Missing you and your bright personality that just lit up every room you walked into. Remembering all the times growing up as a young kid that I got to hangout with you and spend quality time. I used to listen to Dr. Alan Pressman on Saturday mornings on 1600AM, WWRL. That station was sold then changed format. After that I lost touch with his Healthline show. He always impressed me with his nutritional knowledge. And as someone who grew up in Brooklyn I remember him saying how he grew up in Canarsie, Brooklyn from a humble upbringing.
