Mr. Roberts set the standard for excellence in the court reporting field. I will always be grateful for his teaching and mentoring which helped me through my career as a court reporter.

My condolences to the Roberts family. I went to Roberts Walsh Stenotype school around 1965, after graduating from Cranford High School. I started going to night school and transferred to days and began working for the school when located on Broad Street and Park Place.
Mr. Roberts was a wonderful man, a GENTLE man in the truest sense of the word. He was a patient man, a dedicated teacher, a mentor to many. And a dapper dresser!
