Not sure what to say?

A FINE DOCTOR. GAVE ME MY HEARING BACK IN MY RIGHT EAR. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE STAPES IMPLANT IS MADE OF. TITANIUM? PLASTIC? ANOTHER METAL?

I am sorry for loss of the great Dr. Scheer. Condolences to his surviving family.

Dr. Scheer gave me fifty years of hearing and for this, I am deeply grateful. He was always kind and understanding and it was a great comfort to me to know I was in such good hands.

A tremendous man and a wonderful example of how life should be lived - to the fullest. Much love to Lucille, Robbie and the family.

A wonderful friend of our parents. We are sorry to hear the sad news.

Dr. Scheer and his father Henry were close friends of my parents. I grew up as a patient of the father Dr. Scheer, and had many wonderful times with Dr. Alan and his beautiful wife Lucille at parties at the home of my parents. The whole family was a delightful sparkle in our lives and I'm sorry for the loss. I never knew the next generation of Scheers, but send my love to them. Sincerely, Marcia Ganeles, daughter of Ruth and Ben

It's over 50 years ago since I was a child patient of Dr. Scheer's, but I have never forgotten his greatness or kindness as a physician. He was the first doctor to treat me as an adult and patiently explain, with models, why I was having problems. (Which I outgrew just as he had promised) I vividly recall watching Dr. Scheer perform his stapes surgery on the old Medix television show, with great excitement because he was MY doctor! My heartfelt wishes to your family for the comfort of many...

For my father and mother, Joseph and Beverly Shechtman, words cannot express the loss of their dear friend Alan, with whom they have shared a lifetime of memories. For me, as a child growing up in his company, I share your grief and sadness. We will all miss his laughter, his warmth, his advice and his soulfull eyes. We will celebrate the same.

A lovely man and great doctor. He will be missed. My condolences to his family.
