Dr. Segal has a significant influence on me. As a teacher, I treat students the way he treated me: with kindness, generosity, and love. He is sorely missed.

Dear Segal Family:
Today we will remember him on his birthday. He has a special place in my heart and spirit. Dr. Segal changed the path of my life and many of his pupils including myself. I still remember my interview with him and Dr. Conway being a very young girl just graduated from my dental school.

My condolences. Dr. Segal was a father figure to many residents in the Advanced Periodontics Program at U Pitt during the '80s. I will always cherish the memories of the times with him, Mrs. Segal and Jane over lunches and dinners at his house.

Segal Family. Sincere sympathy. Dr. Segal was a good teacher and good friend to all the students of the Class of "54. We have fond memories of those days and Drs. Segal, Brand (Thurlow and Charles), Bunting, Swanon, etc. May God grant you Peace and Comfort.
