With Alan gone, and also Albert Kligman and John Strauss, there is a conspicuous absence of strength and leadership in acne. Jim Leyden, Diane Thiboutot, and Guy Webster are pretty much all that we have left. Many others have been involved but none, including myself, are cut from the same fabric as these masters in acne, nor as driven.
