I am very sorry for your lost. I can imagine how heartbreaking it is to lose a loved one, but its uplifting to know that God promises us in Isaiah 65:17 a near future in which not only we wont feel this horrid pain in our hearts when we lose a loved one, but we wont even remember how it felt.

I met Alan in the US Airforce in 1973 in basic training.I was fortunate to get invited to Kyser WV. in the spring of 1973 which I will always remember meeting his family and friends.Alan was a postive and kind man whom I feel fortunate to become his long time friend. He was very proud of his family which he spoke of often to include his WWII veteran mother.I will always remember that friendly warm personality he always protrayed to everyone with the current picture capturing well.
