It is with sorrow and a deep sense of loss to learn of Alan's passing. Just a few weeks ago while visiting the Smith home I was able to express my appreciation and gratitude to both Alan and Ada for their years of service and friendship. My life has been blessed by his leadership through example. I extend my condolences and love to his family.

Smith Family - I am so sad to hear this news. Alan and Ada will be dearly missed. John and I loved when they would stop by the house. Alan would share his sweet corn and I continue to make Ada's frozen sweet corn recipe! His wisdom, generousity and kindness made his so very special and he will be dearly missed. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
