Alan left his footprint on California agriculture in so many ways. As a newcomer to the citrus business, he welcomed my questions & provided friendship & guidance as well as introducing me to a wealth of fellow ranchers. I wanted to share the profound loss I feel with the passing of Alan Teague. I had the privilege of working with Alan in my role as Limoneira CEO while he was Chairman of the Board back in the late 1980s and 90s. Alan was instrumental in getting me involved with VCCF during his role as founding Chairman.
