Thomas Family,

I worked with Al at the City on the Mayor's Operations Efficiency Taskforce for Building & Housing. He came highly recommended by Director Rybka and was always timely and prepared for our meetings. He was a resource for improving our City.

He was very amicable and we shall miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Al as he moves on to be with the Lord!

Clara and Children,
My arms are around you at this sorrowful time. All my love.
Good-bye Dear Cousin

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Allan - I never got a chance to personally meet you, but from what I hear from the family you were a great person!

God Bless,

Shenise Thomas
