Lincoln- Alan Thorburn 41 of Cooper Dr. died Monday at home. He was the husband of Paula J. (Koteras) Thorburn. He was an interpreter referral specialist for Ocean State Center for Independent Living, Warwick for ten years.

Born in Scotland a son of Donald and Irene (McLeod) Thorburn of Foster and a grandson of May Thorburn of Scotland. He lived in Lincoln for the past five years and prior to that he lived most of his life in North Providence. He was a 1989 graduate of U.R.I.

Besides his parents, grandmother and wife he leaves two daughters Sarah Y. Feldman and Sharon Feldman both of Lincoln. He was the nephew of Ian and Christine Thorburn and the cousin of Heather Thorburn all of Cranston.

A Celebration of his Life will be held on Friday at 11 am at the Bellows-Falso Funeral Chapel 160 River Rd. Lincoln. Burial will be private.
