Alan F. Troop

I had got my first book by him when I was 12 by just grabbing a random book off the shelf at the book store. After reading the book, and intrigued by the story I decided to write my own. I had alot of vivid dreams back then and decided to write down the one that was reoccurring alot. Now at the age of 33, I have successfully wrote the first book and got it published. One of the great ones. Touched many lives and I am one, I loved him dearly.

This was an extraordinary man by ALL standards. He will be felt and loved forever by all who knew him. A mentor, a lover, a soul mate, a friend, a Dad; a blessing to his family and friends. I wish his family peace. Dana Vandesteene.

My condolences to the Troop family on Alan's passing. I have many fond memories of working with Alan during his Biscayne Electric days and my Stanley Tools days. He was always looking for a deal, and we both had a lot of fun in the negotiation process. He was "one of a kind" and will be missed. Well done Alan!

Sorry to hear of Alan's passing, I long admired his wonderful spirit and love of life, he was an inspiration to me and my family. I talk of him often to people who are in need of a reality check.
