Alan was a very special friend to me. We shared many military stories, family stories as we had both lost the love of our life. We sat together in the same pew at Whitelake Wesleyan Church, at the men's breakfast services and other Church activities. I'll miss his companionship and conversations. Rest in peace Big Guy.
