Alan was my "boss" at the FTC, my law partner at Baker & Hostetler for 27 years, and, in our retirement, my faithful correspondent on public affairs. I will miss him but will always cherish fond memories of our many years together. Heartfelt condolences to Katie, Guy and Callie.
