To the Whitfield family:
I am sorry to hear about your loss. Mr. Whitfield was a gracious and engaging man, who always welcomed me and all of Mark's friends into your home. We always enjoyed his company and had great times at Carriage Drive.

My condolences to the family of Mr. Whitfield. May you find strength and comfort in God's word at 1 Peter 5:6,7.

Gary, Mark, Kathleen - what a beautiful obituary, what an amazing life. I have such fond and positive memories of your dad - your words about family-meaning and his deep intregrity resonates with my memories of him. He was warm, engaging, and caring and I feel blessed that he was a part of my childhood and the wonderful Carriage Drive neighborhood. warmly, Karen (Erf) Doolittle

We met every summer in Rhode Island until they were no longer able to travel and I visited them in Boulder and Denver. Please tell your Mom I was asking for her. I don't know how she is doing and if she will even remember me, but know that I grieve for and...

My condolences to Mrs. Whitfield, Mark, Gary and Kathleen.
Fond memories at your home in Glastonbury as a teenager and young adult. Always felt welcome and recall much laughter.
