Bert you were a very special to me. I am glad I had a chance to say good bye before you left on your journey to be with the Lord. I’ll miss you. However, it just seems like yesterday that I was attending the University of Colorado, and yes as a student “broke as hell” I remember that you were always there for me with a helping hand, cash and encouragement. I will never forget you or your laugh. You made me laugh so many times. Still, there is a song that will always remind me...
